Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. Its more than a song, its a state of…Hawaii…we hope.

This is where it all begins. This is truly what everyone of us can do today.

Turn out the lights, put the computer to sleep, use that canvas shopping bag (wash em though). Its the little things that add up when we all start to do them.  But its more than that. Its the way we drive and what we drive…or don’t drive.  Electric cars are coming…but whats the use if your going to power them with energy from oil.  Think about hooking up a solar energy system to your electric car and then you talking power…the power to save lots of kala and the power to move off the grid and into the future.

But how about this.  Don’t drive at all. Home is a great place to work from. Find out how you can telecommute. If we all did just a few days a week we would save millions and reduce our demand on oil and reduce our carbon emissions while spending more time with our families.  You can do it. Millions do it on the mainland and the companies that empower them save big bucks and have proven that the home workers are more productive.
